Established in 1995, the club is now a great success. We have fabulous aircraft and facilities, lounge, lecture rooms, our own hangar and large picnic area.
The Chief Flying Instructor, David Young, is one of the most experienced and qualified instructors in the business and together with our other instructors we specialise principally in training new pilots.
In 12 months time you could be a fully qualified pilot! Find out more about what it’s like to take the controls of an aircraft by buying an introductory flight or one of the other options. This flying will count as flying hours towards your pilot licence but will be a great experience whether you choose to continue with training or not.
Trainee pilots follow the British Microlight Aircraft Association (BMAA) syllabus of training.
We boast a fleet of modern aircraft and operate a lease share scheme (the ‘MLG’) so, once you have a pilot’s licence, the Club aircraft are available for you to hire for an hourly rate. This is the closest you can get to flying your own aircraft without actually owning one - but without all the expense and responsibility!
Located near Cirencester, close to Bristol, Gloucester & Swindon - if you live or work in the area then for real fun flying in modern fuel efficient aircraft, with top facilities and stunning local scenery, you need to come and see us!
